Mr. Liu Yu-Chuan, President and CEO Mr. Liu has worked in the Chinese petroleum industry for many years and has more than 20 years of technology and management experience in the natural gas industry. He was previously the Chief of R&D at PetroChina and Chairman and General Manager of Langfang Keyou Petroleum and Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhou Zhi Cheng, COO Mr. Zhou was appointed Sino Gas Chief Operating Officer on October 19, 2006. Previously, Mr. Zhou served as the Director and General Manager of Beijing Chenguang Gas Co., Ltd. from late 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Zhou served as the Associate General Manager and became General Manager of Beijing Zhong Ran Xiang Ke Petroleum and Oil Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang Yu Gang, CFO Before Mr. Zhang joined Sino Gas International Holdings, he had been working for Smurfit-Stone Container Enterprises over 7 years. He started as Plant Controller for Mansfield, MA plant of Smurfit-Stone Container Enterprises. Afterwards he worked as Area Financial Controller, Asian operation of Smurfit-Stone Container Enterprises for 5 years. His past experiences also included working in public accounting firm, and logistics company. Mr. Zhang received his MBA from Clark University, MA in 1997.
